• Accurate representation of skill and credentials Licenses must be current and valid in the state or country of practice. Education, certifications, and professional experience should be presented truthfully.

• Honest portrayal of client results Images must reflect genuine outcomes. Any filters, edits, or lighting adjustments must be fully disclosed. Consent from clients is required for all shared photos or video.

• Respect for client boundaries and privacy Entrants recognize the importance of confidentiality. The stories shared in submissions should be presented with dignity and with permission when referring to client experiences.

• Commitment to continuous improvement Professionals should remain engaged in ongoing education, advanced training, and personal refinement of technique.

Safety Standards





Safety is the heart of ethical esthetics. Every entrant is expected to demonstrate:


• Proper sanitation and infection control Treatment spaces, tools, and equipment must be maintained at the highest standard. Safe workspace practices protect both the client and the practitioner.


• Adherence to scope of practice Each service offered must fall within the legal scope of the practitioner’s license. Entrants must practice only what they are trained and certified to perform.


• Commitment to client health Professionals assess client needs carefully, avoid unnecessary risk, and provide services that support long term skin health.


• Documentation and consent Written consent is required for all treatments when applicable. Clear charting and responsible record keeping are essential.



Education Standards
